These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in fitness courses offered by Ballerina Body Lugano. By signing up for our classes, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Services Offered

Ballerina Body Lugano offers a variety of fitness courses that include a fusion of yoga, Pilates, and ballet exercises conducted in a heated studio environment.

3. Fees and Payment

- Drop-in class fee: CHF 25
- 10-class subscription: CHF 225
- Student discount (10% off) on subscriptions

Payments can be made via TWINT, credit/debit cards, or cash.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class to qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the fee.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Participation in physical activity involves inherent risks. By engaging in our courses, you acknowledge that you are in good health and capable of participating in physical exercise. Ballerina Body Lugano and its instructors shall not be held liable for any injury or health-related issues that may arise from participation in our classes.

6. User Responsibilities

All participants are required to:

- Arrive on time for classes and be respectful to instructors and fellow participants.
- Inform the instructor of any medical conditions or injuries prior to class.
- Adhere to the studio rules and regulations, including any guidelines related to health and safety.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.

8. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions

Ballerina Body Lugano reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes via email or through announcements in class.
